Our core product is an intelligent board warehouse automation system for high-volume dealers, allowing productivity to increase up to 10 times compared to traditional analogues. HOLZ ROBOTICS operates as a highly scalable and innovative spin-off of the EXPO-TORG group of companies.
The solution for internal warehouse logistics automation is a hardware-software complex for processing board materials. The high performance of the complex is achieved through the use of one or two KUKA industrial palletising robots. Each robot is equipped with a vacuum-pneumatic gripper developed by the HOLZ ROBOTICS team.
The solution for furniture production automation represents the creation of a unified ecosystem for furniture manufacturing and includes full order support, from order intake to shipment to the client. The developed solution allows controlling each technological stage, both individually and as a unified complex.
To achieve this, a service was developed to label each part with a unique number. For busy areas, such as the edge-banding section, a hardware-software complex was developed to return processed parts to the feeding zone. For additional quality control, a defect tracking service was developed at the packaging stage.
This project aims to create an in-house production of lithium-ion batteries for warehouse equipment. The developed solution, based on LiFePo4 100 Ah cells with a total assembly capacity of 500 Ah and a voltage of 96V, has significantly increased the autonomy of loading equipment in the warehouses. Work is currently underway to create a modular battery based on 32700 format cells.
